Easter 2006

Operation Stocking Stuffer will be supporting two units from the IMEF, 1st Division band and 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW) Band for Easter 2006. Our family has close friends from the Division and our son is with the 3rd MAW. We would like to bless them with Easter Care packages and thank them for all their sacrifices.

OSS needs donations of the following items: (all Food items should be small size and individually wrapped)

Easter grass
Small chocolate bunnies
Easter Peeps
Jelly Beans
Power bars
Nuts
Beef jerky (non-pork)
Small toys: deck of cards, hacky sacks, slinkies, etc.
DVD's
Disposable camera's
Boot socks: green or black
Trail mix (Sam's Choice is a favorite)
 AT&T global calling cards - especially important so they can call their families back home (change in phone contract increased prices)

We especially want to send Easter cards to the Marines; so we ask everyone (especially the younger generations) to make Easter cards and include them with your gifts. The Marines tell us that the best part of what we send are the letters. They especially love reading the messages from the children and seeing the pictures they draw!
